About Peak Performance

Demetreus Jalepes

Demetreus Jalepes is the founder and CEO of Peak Performance Training & Nutrition, LLC.  Demetreus is currently earning his Master’s in Business Administration at Shepherd University, while working as the director of football operations and the strength and conditioning coach for football. Before starting PPTN, Demetreus interned under Brandon Beach (Assistant S&C Coach at Boston College University), Courtney Adams (Graduate Assistant at Virginia Tech University), and Devin Young (Director of S&C at Bridgewater College).  While completing over 400+ hours interning, Demetreus completed his undergraduate degree in Health & Exercise Science as well as Nutritional Science. 

Demetreus created Peak Performance Training & Nutrition to bring the most scientific and positive coaching to many communities. Providing opportunities for driven individuals to reach their goals, while improving your mental confidence in YOUR abilities! Demetreus’s personalized approach to performance training has produced astounding results with clients.
